ZIP wing bands fit the wing web and stay with the bird as it grows, which makes them the choice for marking a brood as soon as the chicks are big enough to carry a band. Engraved on our lasers, cut to order, in the widest color range we offer.

How the numbering works

Bands are engraved in one consecutive run. Choose your quantity, then choose the number the set begins at — a 100-count set starting at 01 runs 01 through 100. Starting fresh, choose 01. Adding to a yard you already band, start where your last set ended so no two birds ever carry the same number.

What goes on the band

• Engraved text — up to 20 characters: farm name, initials or bloodline
• Colors — eleven: red, black, yellow, pink, neon green, gold, orange, green, royal blue, light blue and purple
• Designs — sixteen stock designs (D1–D16), or none
• Custom artwork — upload your own, solid black and free of fine detail
